- WhatsApp number and email address (optional)
- Profile details: gender, date of birth, marital status, address, employment information
- Company ID, joining date, rank, and position in the network
- Guest information you enter (name, phone, location, approach date)
- Daily feedback reports you submit
b) Information Collected Automatically
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token for push notifications
- Login timestamps and session tokens (stored securely via Laravel Sanctum)
- Device type (Android / iOS / Web) for platform-specific features
c) Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect payment card details or banking credentials
- We do not track your precise GPS location in real time
- We do not collect contacts from your device without explicit action
2 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your account within the Happy Home network
- To display your position and downline in the binary network tree
- To track guest pipeline progress and loan processing status
- To send you push notifications about network activity and reminders
- To generate reports for Admins and Leaders on network performance
- To process daily feedback submissions from Leaders and Users
- To enforce role-based access controls (Admin / Leader / User)
- To communicate important updates about the platform
- To comply with legal obligations
3 Sharing of Information
Happy Home does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- Within your network: Your name, position, and rank are visible to your upline Leaders and Admins as part of the MLM structure
- Firebase (Google): Your device FCM token is shared with Firebase solely for delivering push notifications
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or valid legal process
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction
4 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- All passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage — we never store plain-text passwords
- API communication is secured over HTTPS / TLS encryption
- Authentication uses Laravel Sanctum token-based sessions
- Admin users can block accounts and revoke all active tokens immediately
- Our server infrastructure is hosted on a secured environment
While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you of any significant breaches as required by law.
5 Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:
- Account data is retained while you remain a member of the Happy Home network
- Guest records are retained as part of network history unless an Admin deletes them
- Daily feedback records are retained for reporting and audit purposes
- Upon account deletion or upon your request, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law
6 Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete information via your profile in the app
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format
- Opt-out of notifications: Disable push notifications at any time via the app's Reminder Settings

7 Children's Privacy
The Happy Home application is intended for individuals aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.

Our application integrates the following third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies:

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.
9 Push Notifications
With your permission, we send push notifications to your device for:
- Daily feedback submission reminders
- Guest status updates and loan approvals
- Network activity and team milestones
You can opt out of push notifications at any time from the Reminder Settings screen within the Happy Home app, or through your device's notification settings. Opting out will not affect other app functionality.
10 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify users via push notification or a prominent notice in the app.
Your continued use of the Happy Home application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
